Marketplace role
Easy Buy Hawaii provides marketplace technology. Unless a listing says otherwise, the seller—not the platform—is the merchant responsible for the item, description, fulfillment, and seller obligations.
Accounts and conduct
Users must provide accurate information, protect account credentials, follow applicable law, respect other users, and avoid fraud, prohibited items, harassment, or misleading listings.
Seller obligations
Sellers must have the right to sell their goods, describe them accurately, maintain inventory and pricing, communicate fulfillment terms, and handle customer obligations.
Enforcement
Listings, storefronts, or accounts may be limited or removed to protect users, comply with law, address abuse, or enforce final marketplace policies.
